- Produces immunosuppressive effect
- Suppresses acute and chronic inflammation

Ipratropium Bromide standard supply
Premixed solution in a unit dose
MOA for Ipratropium Bromide
- Blocks acetylcholine receptors on bronchial smooth muscle
- Dilates the larger airways resulting in bronchodilation
Ipratropium Bromide Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity
Indications for Albuterol:
- Asthma
- Bronchospasm associated with chronic bronchitis and emphysema
- Hyperkalemia
Methylprednisolone Route
IV/IO
Magnesium Sulfate Indications:
-Seizures caused by toxicity of pregnancy (toxemia)
-Pregnancy induced hypertension (pre-eclampsia and eclampsia)
-Pre-term labor
-Torsades de pointes (polymorphic ventricular tachycardia)
-Ventricular fibrillation and pulseless ventricular tachycardia refractory to amiodarone or lidocaine
-Reactive airway conditions including bronchoconstriction and bronchospasm
Albuterol Side Effects:
- Hypertension
- Headache
- Tachycardia
- Dysrhythmias
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Chest pain
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
- Nervousness
- Muscle tremors
- Anxiety
Diphenhydramine Classification
- Anticholinergic
- Antihistamine
Methylprednisolone Contraindications:
None in emergency setting
Magnesium Sulfate Side Effects:
- CNS depression
- Respiratory depression
- Hypotension
- Dysrhythmias
- Drowsiness
