A

The person is still liable as they have made an agreement with another showing an intent to commit an offence. The completion of Conspiracy is when the agreement has been made with any person or more to commit an offence.

  • the existence of an agreement to omit or do something that would amount to an offence AND
  • the intent of those involved in the agreement
  • the identity of those involved in the agreement
  • the identity of all people concerned where possible
  • whether anything was written, said or done to further the common purpose.
