  1. Add: “The chosen Incoterms rule including the named place, followed by Incoterms 2010”
  2. Choose appropriate rule to the goods, means of transport, additional obligations (exmple. obligation to organise carriage or insurance).
  3. Specify port or place precisely.

  2. Method of payment.
  3. Transfer of ownership of the goods.
  4. Consequences of a contract breach.

Parties should be aware that mandatory local law may override any aspect of the sale contract, including the chosen Incoterm rule.
