2. Coordination: The ability to synchronize limb, torso, and head movements at varying speeds of motion
3. Dynamic Balance: THe ability to move under control at speed and under load
4. Kinesthesia: The perception of the body’s position in space during movement.
5. Pace: The ability to set the correct speed of an activitiy to manage fatigue.
6. Perception: The understanding of correct technique and effort that builds skill.
7. Reaction Time: The interval between an external stimuli and the Soldier’s response.

3 Factors of Sleep Readiness?
1. Duration: The health and functioning of the brain depend on the amount of sleep obtained
2. Timing: The ability to initiate and maintain sleep (and thus maximize the amount of sleep obtained) is strongly influenced by the brain’s internal clock
3. Continuity: The extent to which sleep is undistrubed by arousals and awakenings influences both the duration and the depth of sleep. Deeper sleep is more restorative.
