- It already knows WHO is the right person for the job whereas they might recruit someone who is good at interviews but lets them down later
- SAVE on expensive recruitment costs - keep costs down & increase profits
- QUICK process no length recruitment process
- REWARD loyal employees - this will encourage others to WORD HARD too.
