DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

- warning,
- reprimand,
- fine or any other pecuniary measure,
- return of awards,
- withdrawal of a title,
- order to fulfill a financial obligation arising or existing in the context of a trial.

The following disciplinary measures may imposed:
- suspension for a specific number of matches or for a specific period,
- ban from dressing rooms and/or team bench,
- ban on taking part in any football-related activity,
- community football service,
- suspension or withdrawal of a football agent licence,
- suspension or withdrawal of a match agent licence.

3. What disciplinary measures may be imposed on legal persons (clubs) only?
The following disciplinary measures may imposed:
- ban from registering new players,
- playing a match without spectators,
- playing a match with limited number of spectators,
- playing a match on neutral territory,
- ban on playing in a particular stadium,
- annulment of the result of a match,
- deduction of points,
- relegation to a lower division,
- expulsion from a competition in a progress or from future competitions,
- forfeit,
- replaying a match,
- implementation of a prevention plan,
- forfeiture of training rewards that are due,
- payment of restitution to an affiliated club,
- payment of a specific amount to a club or a member association.

Fines shall not be less than CHF 100 or more than CHF 1,000,000.

d) From the day on which the decision of the Dispute Resolution Chamber, the FIFA Players Status Committee or the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) becomes final and binding.

a) The parties shall act in good faith throughout the proceedings.
b) The parties/persons subject to this Code shall collaborate and comply with request for information from a FIFA body, committee, subsidiary or instance, as well as from the FIFA administration.
c) Persons subject to this Code shall help to establish and/or clarify the facts of a case or any possible breaches of this Code and shall provide any evidence requested.
d) Any breach of this article by any person subject to this code may lead to the appropriate sanctions being imposed by the relevant judicial body.
e) If the parties fail to collaborate, especially if they ignore the stipulated time limits, the judicial body may nonetheless reach a decision on the case using the file in its possession.
