Above the nacelle

Forward end of the engine installation

Hartzell 3-bladed constant speed, oil/gas operated, fully feathering propellers
What controls each propeller throughout its operating pitch range?
Propeller governor on the engine
What protects the propellers from inadvertent overspeed?
A second governor
Where is the starter/generator situated?
Driven from an accessory pad at the rear of the engine
How does each generator provide its power and to what?
28V DC
