Q

Can architects stamp and sign documents that were not produced under their responsible control?

A

No.

That said, responsible control does not mean that architectural services need to be produced in the architect’s office by the architect themselves. As long as the architect is maintaining responsible control, drawings can be produced by others or even in another part of the world.
