Line Up Checks
Pitot heat - Off not required ADF timer - reset AI - Erect HSI/RMI - +/- 2° of runway heading Toes Clear - After T/O clearance given
After Take Off Checks
VSI - Positive ASI - 75-80kts ( Exact Number ) Altimeter - 100 Flaps - to half sir Ts & Ps - Within limits Boost pump - Low Flaps Indicator - Up
HASELL Checks
Height - TBC
Airframe - Flaps Up
Security - Harness Locked and Tight, No loose articles, All equipment Secured
Engine - Throt/ Prop 18/26, Mixture as set, fuel flow, Ts & Ps within limits, fuel xxx lbs sufficient, left right balanced, boost pump low.
Location - Within training area
Lookout - Clear of clouds, other aircraft and populace.
FILE CHECKS EVERY 10MIN
Fuel - xxx pounds sufficient, Left right balanced, boost pump off.
Instruments - AI erect, HSI/RMI in sync and aligned with Standby Compass, Suction 4-6, Ammeter 5-60, Volt 25-29.
Location - Within Training Area
Engine - Throt/Prop as required, Mixture as set, fuel flow, Ts & Ps within limits, CO indicator orange.
FIRHA CHECKS (RECOVERY)
Fuel - xxx lbs sufficient, left right balanced, boost pump off.
Instruments - AI erect, HSI/RMI in sync and aligned with standby compass, Suction 4-6, Amms 5-60, Volt 25-29, Pitot heat not required
Radio - Navaids as required, Transponder 3000/1200. COM 2 listen to ATIS, QNH, R/W and set CDI, HDG Bug, Altimeter.
Harness - Locked and Tight

Throt/Prop - 18/Max Mixture - As Set Fuel - xxx lbs sufficient, L&R balanced Boost pump - Low Harness - Locked and tight Wheel brakes - On & off Threshold speed - 70Kts R/T

Full power Wings level, take off attitude Trim as required 60 kts flaps to half Harrier xx going around Positive , 75-80 , 100 flaps to up Sir, Ts & Ps within limits, boost pump low, flap indicator up
