- to cause or influence (someone) to accept an idea or feeling ( followed by “with”). Socrates inculcated his pupils with the love of truth

As you amass more information about the rules and power dynamics of your environment,

- nebulous concepts like quality of life
tacit
tacit knowledge- a feeling for what you are doing that is hard to put into words but easy to demonstrate in action.
- understood or implied without being stated
- your silence may be taken to mean tacit agreement
