a place where goods and services are solf for profit.
what is a bridge?
a structure carrying a road, path, railway, etc. across a river, road, or other obstacle to connect 2 places together.
what are non-load bearing elements examples?
doors , windows and roofs to provide shelter.
what is snagging?
the building is handed to the client so they are able to identify issues with the build so the contractor can make it right.

what is a dual carriageway?

an unclassified road that is a narrower, sometimes undulating, single-carriageway with moderate traffic levels
what is an architect
a person who is qualified to design buildings and to plan and supervise their construction.

produce designs for client, responsible for making a safe environment, make 3D layouts and plans, communicate with clients, make drawings of the building and evaluate the site.
what are contract and site managers?
The site manager’s role is the supervision and management of all site-based staff employed by the company to ensure that the project is delivered within their contractual obligations
