KOTLER AND ARMSTRONG
a service is something which cannot be seen, tasted, felt, heard, or smell before it is purchased.
SERVICE INTANGIBILITY
a service cannot be stored for sale of use at a later date.
SERVICE PERISHABILITY
a service is usually produced and consumed at the same time and cannot be separated from providers.
SERVICE INSEPARABILITY
argues that the intangible nature of a service is determined by the fact that unlike manufactured goods.
