Speaking of forces. I recall the first time I met Hannah. She was around 5 or 6. Natallie and I went out to see the new house that Dennis and Christy built. As we got out of the car, here comes Hannah flying across the pasture most certainly getting out of that little 4 wheeler all it had to offer, blond hair flying in the wind.

She greets us warmly, most certainly in a way that was more consistent with someone well beyond her years

As we get into the house, she offers us something to drink and opens the refrigerator and pulls out a big bowl of cherries and asks us if we wanted something to eat

This is the kind of hospitality you might expect from a really put together fully grown woman, not someone her age

It was as clear then as it has always been, and still is today. This girl is something special.

Seth’s parents Robert and Shannon shared a story with me about Seth.

The Campbells lived in Texas when Seth was young.

Robert and his good friend and neighbor Doug Harbord would often take their boys motorcycle riding out to Munster, TX.

Robert was out riding his bike and Seth was riding with Doug and his son Ian.

They went over a jump, so Seth not to be out done was doing it too

He however ended up over his handlebars and crashed hard. Doug and Ian ran to his rescue.

Seth was crying, face full of tears, and all he said was “just put me back on my bike.”

Doug told Robert later “I could still hear him crying as he rode away.” He wasn’t about to quit

Seth, as well as Hannah have both been very driven and focused since a very young age, there is no doubt that the compounding forces created by this union will be nothing short of extraordinary.

Marriage is not solely a joining of two individuals; it is the merging of two families, two sets of friends, and two futures
