Progressive profiling

You can set automation rules to repeat. It allows to match prospects more than once and set time period to wait before repeating the rule

Automation rule resumes if the rule is restored from recycle bin

Apply page actions to any page that contains Pardot tracking code
How many page action notifications can be triggered per prospect?
One page action notification is triggered per prospect per hour

Page actions are not retroactive. They apply only when the page is accessed

What happens when you delete an asset with assigned scoring category?
Previously added points from that asset are removed from prospect’s score
Why can’t you delete scoring category?
You can’t delete scoring category that is actively assigned. Remove the folder assignment first
How prospects are graded?
Prospects are graded based on profiles. Profiles use criteria that you choose to determine how good of a fit a prospect is for your company
When prospect’s grade is displayed?
A grade is displayed only when a prospect has matched or not matched the assigned profile’s criteria
What happens when you edit profile’s criteria?
Editing profiles criteria causes associated prospects to be regraded
How to assign profile to a prospect?
