All active and reserve mbrs who perform full time active duty, ADT under orders not specifying periods of less than 31 dys, mbrs of the IRR attached to a unit that may require ADT where they are scheduled to perform a minimum of 12 ADT drills creditable for retirement purposes, and retired reserve mbrs not having received their first increment of retired pay or having turned age 61.
