Minimum of $1.00, expire at the end of the calendar year, cannot be stopped for 3 months

When pay discrepancies meets the following criteria: 10% of total pay, $150.00 or more, create a financial hardship, and not be scheduled to be reimbursed the next payday.
What is non-receipt of pay?
Check that is 5 or more working days late, EFT not received, or received but lost or stolen.
What is a pay discrepancy?
LES reflects a different amount than what was received, or an entitlement was not paid.
What is the time frame to file a non-receipt of allotment?
5 postal dys after the date of the check
What happens if non-receipt is submitted more than 45 dys form the check date?
The Treasury must determine status and rectify.
What is the time frame for non-receipt of a savings bond?
Mbr must wait 30 dys from the expected delivery date
What does the SPO do when a bond is missing?
Sends an email to BONDS/HRSIC
Who must sign the lost bond explanation letter (that is sent to HRSIC)?
The registered owner of the bond.
Where else might a mbr receive lost bond recovery services?
At any bank which issues bonds.
Can a mbr receive a special payment for a pay discrepancy involving a bonus?
