What is a water soluble vitamin? Why shouldn’t we eat too many of them?

A

Vitamins that dissolve in water. They travel through the bloodstream. They don’t stick around like fat soluble vitamins do. That’s why we should eat too many of them because whatever you don’t need will come out as pee, so if you eat too many it’s like flushing money down the toilet. (Vitamin C, B2, B6, B12)
