What are the standard shoulder joint views?
A
AP, AP oblique, Y-view (posterior latero-oblique).

What are the 4 types of proximal humeral fractures?
A
1 part - minor or no displacement
2 part - 1 fragment displaced more than 1cm or more than 45 degrees angulation
3 part - 2 fragments displaced more than 1cm or 45 degree angulation
4 part - humeral head separated from the other fragments.

What are the Standard Elbow views?
A
AP, lateral flexed, and lateral radial (less common but very useful)

What is the significance of the radio-capitellar line?
A
Regardless of the projection - a line drawn through the radial shaft should pass through centre of capitellum - if not, consider fracture.
