How FortiSIEM handles excess of EPS
A
FortiSIEM reallocates excess EPS, which is the licensed rate minus the sum of guaranteed EPS across all collectors
It is based on need, but the allocation never goes below the configured guaranteed EPS value

A
Configured in the phoenix_config.txt file on the supervisor. Default is 20 EPS
minimal_eps_limit=20
if you configure an EPS lower than the minimum value, FortiSIEM automatically changes the value to the match the minimum value when you try to save the changes
