Sections or phrases of exact language (i.e. quotes) of the interviereew’s narrative, that are the essence of the narrative.
These provide exact language, details of behavior, and other essesntional information. Ideally, the notes should be captures in a time-delayed manner-that is, written with no direct correlation to when they are uttered.
