Q

How can CEhp activities support quality improvement?

A

General QI is a systematic, data-guided process/activity to advance improvements in care- CEhp can be used as part of the change process/activity to advance goals and implement improvements. Q

Why evaluate CEhp?

A

Evaluation, considered early in the activity design process, is essential to determine the effectiveness of CEhp by measuring participant changes in knowledge, skill or other types of outcomes according to the Moore’s Outcomes Framework, dependent on the learning objectives. Evaluation identifies further learning needs and can demonstrate value for supporters and other stakeholders.
