Define clinical human factors

PACE
Probe - “Have you noticed that this child is cyanosed?”

Challenge - “you must listen to me now, this child needs help with their ventilation”
Emergency - “you are overlooking this child’s respiratory state, please move out of the way as I am going to ventilate them”
