A
Radioactief jodium bij euthyreoot multinodulair struma of subtotale thyreoïdectomie. Bij een toxisch multinodulair struma geef je eerst “block and replace therapy”, methimazol en L-thyroxine (eerst wordt de methimazol gestart, na drie tot vier weken wordt de L-thyroxine toegevoegd). Eventueel bèta blokkers bijgeven. Hierna Radioactief jodium of subtotale thyreoïdectomie
