Preposition
A preposition is a word or group of words used before a noun, pronoun, or noun phrase to show direction, time, place, location, spatial relationships, or to introduce an object. Some examples of prepositions are words like “in,” “at,” “on,” “of,” and “to.”
Adjective
A word naming an attribute of a noun, such as sweet, red, or technical.
Adverb
An adverb is a word that describes a verb he sings loudly, an adjective very tall, another adverb ended too quickly
Verb
A word used to describe an action, state, or occurrence, and forming the main part of the predicate of a sentence, such as hear, become, happen
Noun
A noun is a word that represents a person, thing, concept, or place. e.g John, house, affinity, river
Pronoun
Pronouns are words like ‘I’, ‘she’, and ‘they’. They stand in for a noun that has already been mentioned or refer to yourself and other people.
Determiner ( Or article)
A determiner is a word which is used at the beginning of a noun group to indicate, for example, which thing you are referring to or whether you are referring to one thing or several, e.g a,’ ‘an,’ and ‘the. ‘
Conjunction
A word used to connect clauses or sentences or to coordinate words in the same clause. e.g. and, but, if.
Proper noun
A proper noun is a noun that serves as the name for a specific place, person, or thing.
Abstract noun
a noun denoting an idea, quality, or state rather than a concrete object, e.g. truth, danger, happiness.
