Organic farmed, hand picked from San piero al pinot, 6 hours of skin contact, fermented in steel tanks for 8 days, max temp 68F
Bright and refreshing, medium bodied, dry with good acidity. Blood orange and grapefruit, herbs, citrus, long tingly finish.
Pairing: ham, fish, poultry, vegetarian
Anne Amie Pinot Noir 2018
Burgundy glass $24 Varietal: 100% pinot noir Country: United States State: Oregon Sub region: Willamette Hand picked and hand sorted. Must cold soaked before and after fermentation, extended laceration for tannin softening. Aged on lees for 10 months in new and used French oak barrels.
Red cherry, strawberry, sassafras, cardamom, cola, clove, baking spice, root beer, long smooth finish
Pairing: roasted vegetables, lamb, risotto, fish
Friend of Kathy’s. Not actually very tasty. Do not recommend.
Henriot Brut Souverain

Brioche, almon, cherries, peaches, clean finish. Toasty.
Pairings: almonds, risotto, lobster

Crisp, rich, apple, pear. Zesty acidity, velvet texture.

COS Nero di Lupo 2018
AP red glass $15 Producer: azienda agricola COS Varietal: 100% nero d'avola Country: Italy Region: sicilia Sub region: Terre siciliane IGT Cilla, Occhipinti, Strano Biodynamic viticulture- harmony with vineyard and soil, fermented with ambient yeast, aged 9 months in concrete vats, then aged 3 months in bottle before release
Ground coriander, star anise, cherry, bergamot, rose petal, bresaola, smoky incense. Fine tannins, long finish.
Pairing: charcuterie, cacio e pepe, bisteca
Juicy, fresh, blown tannin, low acid, balanced.
Sandhi Chardonnay 2018
AP white $18 Producer: sandhi Varietal: 100% chardonnay Country: US Region: California Sub region: Santa Barbara county Small production winery founded in 2010, select vineyards in Santa rita hills. Fermented in used French oak barrels with ambient yeast for 10 months, racked in stainless steel. Meant to taste like a burgundy.
Nose- citrus flowers and fruit
Palate- yellow stone fruit and nuts, lemon, high acidity, toast, minerality
Pairing: cacio e pepe
Food friendly, approachable chardonnay
Dolcetto di Dogliani 2017
AP red $17 Producer: poderi Luigi Einaudi Varietal: 100% Dolcetto Country: Italy Region: Piemonte Sub region: Dogliani DOCG Traditional wine, easy to drink, blend of dolcetto grapes from vineyards in the einaudi estates which surround cogliano. Fermented in steel and concrete. 8 months maturation in steel, 2 months in glass. Dolcetto- "little sweet one"- ironic because it's not sweet
Bright and juicy, cherry, BlackBerry, floral, almond, dense tannin
Pairing: pasta, risotto, vegetables
Good substitution for malbec and pinot noir
“A quo” 2017
AP red $20 Producer: montepoloso Varietal: 30% montepulciano, 30% cabernet, 20% sangiovese, 10% marselan, 10% alicante (for color) Country: Italy Region: Tuscana Sub region: maremma Produced in one of the hottest parts of Tuscany. Short lacerations, natural yeast, bottled without filtration.
BLueberries, blackberries, minerals. Sandalwood and violet undertones. Medium to full bodied, tight tannins, herbal and berry finish.
Super Tuscan red blend.
“Ciprea” pecorino 2019
AP white $15 Producer: Simone capecci Country: Italy Region: marche Sub region: San savino di ripatransone The piceni people spread the myth of the mother goddess tied to fertility of the soil and vines. Short skin contact, stainless steel fermentation, long refining on fine lees.
Nose is yellow fruit and sage. Minerality, acidic, lemon, peach.
Good substitution for sauv blanc.
Pecorino- “of sheep” the sheep loved to snack on the pecorino graps
