What is the difference between a True and Magnetic course?
The true north is the geographic north of the north pole. Due to the earth’s rotation and the magnetic field of the earth, the magnetic north is not the same as the true north. There is a variation.
True course is the aircraft’s course over ground relative to true north. Magnetic course is the true course corrected for magnetic variation.
What does ISA stand for?
International Standard Atmosphere
