What is a bump?
A bump is when you hit the ball with the mid section of your arms, your arms are connected and your elbows are straight to make a flat platform. You can’t swing and you need to use your legs to give it power.
What is a set?
A set is when you use your fingers to make a diamond formation, you also need knees and elbows bent
