Two reasons why poets use rhyme
Rhyme creates an echo in the poem, which can leave a lasting effect on the audience. A poet can use rhyme in their work to evoke emotions from their audience.
Why do poets repeat certain words in the poem?
To emphasize a feeling or idea, create rhythm, and/or develop a sense of urgency.
