Bill of Rights
Amendments that the government cannot take away.
Citizenship
Rights + Responsibilities. The status of being a citizen as well as what you do with your membership in a country.

Plan of government
Democracy
A system of government where citizens can choose for whom they wish to vote and freely share their views.
The people get to vote and speak!
Position
An individuals thinking or opinion on an issue.
Controversial
Multiple conflicting perspectives or opinions.
Informed
A decision made after looking at different perspectives based on evidence.
Surface Water
Water collecting on the ground in a stream, river, lake, seaor an ocean as opposedto the ground.

Relating to the community as a whole

A small version of an object
Erosion
Happens when earth materials are broken down and moved from place to place
Deposition
The process by which water lays down earth material
Soil
The top layer of earth
Perspective
A point of view of a particular group, time, or background.
