Required for fat, carb, and protein metabolism. Aids in brain function, keeps nervous system healthy.

Enhances energy, and stamina by supporting the adrenal glands, decreases stress, fatigue, and PMS, essential for metabolism
Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine)
Essential for amino acids and carbs metabolism, helps the nervous system function properly, aids in the production of red blood cells
Vitamin B-12
Brain function, production of healthy red blood cells, enhances energy and stamina by supporting the adrenal glands, reduces cholesterol and dilates blood vessels

Stress and lowers cholesterol.
Calcium
A major component of bones and teeth. Necessary for the clotting of blood, blood pressure, regulation and enzyme regulation
