Give Mydocalm ( tab 50-150 mg×2

Home prescription :

antihistamine = Telfast ( fexofenadine hydrochloride) 180mg × 1 daily
{ if the ptn wants another drug, we can give Desloratidine 5mg once daily }

Gupisone ( prednisone ) can also be given 20mg × once daily ×3

Diphenhydraamine 50mg ( Antihistamines )

The cause was postcoital seizure because of the rupture of aneurysm chich caused subarachnoid haemorrhage

Check blood gases ( usually there’s metabolic acidosis )

CT scan was done

Was given dormicum because ptn was agitated

Was given zofran for his nausea

Ptn shifted to ICU for coiling surgery
