You are able to date your files and it is so earlier and later versions do not get mixed up with each other

It is a small file that looses some of the quality of the data inside it
what is a lossless file?
This is a file that doesn’t loose any of its quality

what happens when you use small files?
If the data is to big, it will take longer when downloading
what happens if a file does not have high quality
this means the data inside when viewed, will be blurry and portray bad image of a company if/when used a company
