Future Tense

  • Used to express actions that will happen in the future
  • Regular verbs are formed by adding specific endings to the infinitive form of the verb
    Example (hablar):
  • Yo hablaré (I will speak)
  • Tú hablarás (You will speak)
  • Él/Ella/Usted hablará (He/She/You(formal) will speak)

Present Perfect

A
  • Used to express actions that have been completed in the recent past or have relevance to the present
  • Formed with the present tense of “haber” and the past participle of the main very
    Example (hablar - to speak):

  • Él/Ella/Usted ha hablado (He/She/You(formal) have spoken)

Subjuntive

A
  • Used to express doubt, uncertainty, emotion, or hypothetical situations
  • Conjugation depends on the verb tense of the main clause, and it often differs from indicative conjugations
    Example (hablar - to speak):
  • Que yo hable (That I speak)
  • Que tú hables (That you speak)
  • Que él/ella/usted hable (That he/she/you(formal) speak)
