Carvallo’s sign ( ⬆️ tricuspid regurgitation with inspiration because of ⬆️ venous return)

A

Right parasternal 2nd intercostal space and the murmur radiates up to the carotid because of increased pressure

What are the causes of AS?

A

Senile calcification (most common)

Calcification of congenitally bicusped aortic valve (eg. Tunrer syndrome and many more)

Rheumatic heart disease ( most common in developing countries) also its usually ass. With Mitral valve disease as well
