• Bladder stores urine therefore the uroepithelium more exposed to the urine therefore undergoes more damage

What is the imaging of choice of UTTCC

A

CT urogram - this works via :
Give patient Constrast - wait and then take CT scanBy that time the contrast will be in the kidney - used for Upper TCC

CT KUB is non constrast used for detecting stones - renal colic
