Mezzo forte:
A dynamic marking indicating moderately loud, louder than piano but softer than forte.

C major primary chords: C, G7, F and chord symbols: C major (C-E-G), G7 (G-B-D-F), F major (F-A-C).
Half rest:
Tied notes:
Notes of the same pitch connected by a curved line, indicating that they are to be played as a single sustained note.
3/4 time signature:
This indicates that there are three beats in a measure, and the quarter note receives one beat.
Dotted half note:
A half note with a dot next to it, indicating that its duration is one and a half times that of a regular half note.
Slurs:
Curved lines connecting two or more different notes, indicating that they are to be played legato
Pick up note/anacrusis:
A note or that notes precede the first full measure of a piece, often used to lead into the beginning of the music.
