adv - good for inexperienced performers
disadv - experienced performers will need a very high detail feedback and is only useful if it is accurate

disadv - focusing on results can be demotivating , a person who won may not focus on their weaknesses

disadv - could over emphasise the success and make the performer feel that they dont need to develop further

adv - helps the performer prioritise specific elements in need of development
disadv - can be demoralising for performers to hear too much negative feedback
