Modern, bold, aimed at a younger target market

Headings and subheadings
How would you describe a slab font?
Look better when bigger, hard to read in body text, draws attention to titles and headings, chunkier serifs on the ends of letters
Where would slab fonts typically be used?
Posters and billboards
How would you describe a script font?
Intimate, linking letters, difficult to read, feminine, warm, friendly
Where would a script font typically be used?
Brand names, captions, tag lines
How would you describe a fun font?
Humorous, informal, difficult to read, young/very young target market
Where would a fun font typically be used?
Captions, tag-lines, headings (occasionally)
How would you describe a modern font?
Part of the printed world, excitement, youthfulness, modernism, technology, movement
