Very Short TR (VSBE) < 35% of original limb

A

Anterior trim line: distally from the elbow axis about 1-2” or enough to allow 90 deg of elbow flexion

Posterior trim line: encase olecranon when the elbow is flexed, but does not dig in proximally when fully extended

Anterior: Distally from the elbow joint approx 2” to allow full flexion
Posterior: To allow elbow flexion without the olecranon displacing the socket.
