Definition of traffic crash
- crash involving two or more vehicle or - 1S or injured - Property damage - Animal killed or injured that is in the charge of a person
liabilities for persons involved in a crash
injury to or death of any person shall—
(a) immediately stop
(i) remain at or near the scene and immediately render such assistance or (ii)make reasonable efforts to obtain such medical and other aid
(c) if any person is dead remain.

When must a person investigate a crash
- death or injury
- suspect of drugs or alcohol
- driver is refusing to exchange details
- dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
- significant damage to public infrastructure
