- The Bill of Rights forms part of the Constitution of SA.
- According to the Constitution, workers have the following rights:
= Right to work in a safe environment.
= Right to fair remuneration.
= Right to join a trade union.
= Right to paid time off.
= Right to be treated fairly by employers.
