How many ways can you price a property?
Most agents hand you comps with all the data available and ask you what do you want?I prefer tp either—
- a needle in a haystack , priced above the comps. okay if you have time to get that one high price
- Price at fair market value
- price below market value and create a bidding war

-What is important in the agent that represents you?
-If there was an advantage in time, marketing, and exposure would it be worth 15 mins to you to meet with me?
-If the home nots selling, than ITS not compelling in this market9 PRIME LOCATION, NEAR SCHOOL OR SUBWAY ETC)

We run a more intelligent and data driven business. For example,

I can line up 1000 gents outside your door. We are all looking at the same data. Usually 1-2% difference in price. We are looking at what a buyer will pay for the property. So if an agent will price too high, what’s their motivation…effects of being on the market too long, loses interest etc. what would you like to do.
