A
- MQS and Duke of Norfolk plan to marry and take the throne
- Norfolk jealous of Cecil
- Dudley gets involved,gets guilt trippen and tells Liz about the plot

Ridolfi Plot (1571)
A
- MQS, Pope, Phillip II, Norfolk and Ridolfi
- Assassination of Liz
- 6000 troops land in UK
- Plot failed
- Consequences - Norfolk executed and Liz passed a law that any succesor that knows about an assassination would be removed from the succesion

Throckmorton Plot (1583)
A
- Backed by Spanish and papal money
- Assassinaion and invasion to put MQS on the throne
- Was found out 6 months before it took place
- Consequences - Throckmorton executed and Bond of association was made - anybody in assassination of Liz’s death would not benefit from it

Babington Plot (1586)
A
- Coded letters between MQS and Babington for assassination
- Letters intercepted
- Consequences - Babington executed and Liv signed but did not order feath warrant of MQS but privy council do it anyways
- Liz was furious and blamed it on the council
- Spain and Scotland are also fuming

Essex Rebellion (1601)
A
- Liz plays Robert Cecil (William Cecil son) against Dudley’s step son (Essex)
- Elizbeth falls out with Essex oon multiple decisons as he feels his influence is declining in court and she prefers Robert
- Forms rebellion but noone joins, was stopped and beheaded
