0.01-0.03mg/kg; 1:10,000 epi
TXA dosing
1 g over 10 mins in 100ml IVPB

insulin requirements drop significantly in the 24 hours post delivery, 50-75% due to the drop in hormone levels, insulin levels should be reestablished over the next couple days and diet and exercise should be taken into consideration; with GDM, insulin can usually be discontinued but close monitoring may be needed, oral anti hyperglycemia medications are contraindications in breastfeeding
