What does article 1 of The Constitution set out?
All legislative powers granted shall be vested in Congress, which will be split into a Senate and the House of Representatives.
What does article 2 of The Constitution set out?
The Executive power should be vested in the President.

The Judicial power of the US shall be vested into a Supreme Court.
What does article 4 of The Constitution set out?
Deals with the relationship between the States and the Federal Government.

Sets out the process of making amendments.

Various things such as the Supremacy Clause.

There are both informal and informal powers.

Protects freedom of Religion, Speech, press and assembly as well as the right to petition the government.

Protects the right to keep and bear arms.

Sets out the requirement for Search based warrents.
What does the Fifth amendment set out?
Ensures the right to a free trial.
What does the Seventh amendment set out?
Right to a jury in a trial.
What does the 8th amendment set out?
Protections against cruel and unusual punishments.
What does the 10th amendment set out?
The rights of individual states.
