An aerial photograph is when a photo is taken of the ground from high.

Are dark patches left by wooden poles in the soil. They might even show outlines of ancient houses.

It is a method of dating artefacts. The lower down it is, the older it is.
What is carbon or radiocarbon dating?
It is a method of dating living things that contain carbon 14. The less frequent the carbon14 is , the longer its dead

A method of dating wooden objects.(example, a trees rings shows how old the tree is)

They dig up the ground for materials and evidence from the past.
