Inhibit bacterial protein synthesis by binding to 30S ribosomal subunit
Coverage of Tetracycline
Gram Positive, Gram negative (including Haemophilus, Moraxella), atypicals and other unique pathogens

Antacids, polyvalent cations, sucralfate, bismuth subsalicylate and bile resins can cause chelation and inhibit tetracycline absorption.
