Idea is the Individual Disabilities Educational Act and it guarentees a free appropriate public education

RTI Is response to Intervention, all children are assesed in the beginning, middle and end of the year.
Tier 1- lessons, instruction
Tier 2- 5-75% recieve 3-5 days per week for 15-20 minutes for small group
tier 3- all students recieve intense interventional 1 hr a day small group (1-3) by experts
