Tier 1- lessons, instruction
Tier 2- 5-75% recieve 3-5 days per week for 15-20 minutes for small group
tier 3- all students recieve intense interventional 1 hr a day small group (1-3) by experts
- they are responsive to individual children needs
- mix of general and special ed

The most important thing i've learned is the diffrence between a handicap and disabilty. Before this class yes, I did know the deffintion of both handicap and disabiltu. But i didnt look very into it. I found it suprising to learn that a handicap is a barrier imposed by people 
and a disabilty is a actual difformity
