If a person does not comply with the search request, reasonable force can be used to carry out the request
Tactical Options Report
Must be submitted when a Constable shows or uses reportable force
- on any person
- regardless of whether or not that person has been arrested

Overconfidence and failure to assessment a situation and subject behaviour. Results in preventable incidents and accidents
