A
Any narrow complex tachycardia characterised by HR of >100bpm and QRS width of <120ms on ECG

A
Synchronised DC shock for patients with HF, ischaemia, shock or syncope

If regular rhythm use vagal manouvres, if irregular rhythm it is managed the same as an AF patient
